About Us

BD has been operating in France since 1958 and is the commercial arm of our operations across France, and an important strategic country within our operations in Europe. In France, our Grenoble site is the headquarters to the commercial operations of BD in France, and to the Pharmaceutical Systems business, as well as one of its manufacturing plants. On top, we have a variety of European functions based in France: Finance, Regulatory Affairs and our Marketing Center of Expertise. Our teams are committed to making a difference. By interacting with all parties: physicians, laboratory biologists, nurses, pharmacists, as well as researchers, pharmaceutical firms, and all administrative and medical staff at public and private hospitals.
In the last three years, BD in France has grown with more than 200 new hires per year. Today, with over 2500 associates based in 3 different sites across the country. We represent various locations: Grenoble and Pont-de-Claix where most of our employees are based, and Rungis.

The Pont-de-Claix site hosts the headquarters to the Pharmaceutical Systems business, as well as one of our larger worldwide manufacturing plants.
The Grenoble site hosts the commercial operations of BD in France.
Rungis
The Rungis site hosts technical support teams.
