BD in Benelux represents over 1,200 associates across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Opportunities
We recruit new talent across various manufacturing and commercial roles and focus on developing our current associates. Our associates can participate in activities ranging from health, mindfulness, and well-being to ecological and diversity-focused initiatives, as well as regular social events.

Our Sites
With our commercial offices and distribution centers in the region, we are a respected partner to healthcare organizations. In the Benelux, we reach more than 20 patients every single second and we do this from different locations with a diversity of roles.
Belgium
Erembodegem
The Erembodegem site began its activities in 1970 and now has around 350 associates across 25 departments. This modern location is home to our main business offices and serves as an important hub for BD in Europe. Our associates enjoy on-site gyms, canteens, Bringme boxes, as well as environment-friendly bike-share programs and charging stations for electric vehicles.
This site also hosts our Experience Center, which helps us brand BD as an innovative partner with a strong impact on patient and healthcare worker safety, accelerating our opportunities.
Temse
Temse is home to the BD European Distribution Center, which comprises three warehouses. This state-of-the-art facility is crucial for our supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of our products across Europe. The center is equipped with advanced technology and automation systems to handle a high volume of orders with precision and speed. Our team in Temse works diligently to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring that our products reach healthcare providers and patients without delay. The facility also emphasizes sustainability, incorporating eco-friendly practices and energy-efficient systems.
Olen
Our Distribution Center in Olen ensures the EMEA deliveries of all products from the BD Interventional segment.
Each year, more than half a million customer orders are sent, mainly to hospitals and pharmacists, but also to other BD distribution centers and wholesalers.
Drachten – The Netherlands
Drachten is our hub for production and R&D. Here, we produce our highest-quality laboratory automation solutions that are shipped and installed in laboratories worldwide. Every day, more than 150 hardware, software, and systems engineers use the latest technologies to work on innovative solutions, collaborating with development teams in France, Ireland, Canada, and the US. In our labs, we test the latest developments and technologies using test samples that contain the same organisms as real patient samples. Our Training Center ensures our associates have the right knowledge to help BD's customers get the most out of our solutions.
Luxembourg
Luxembourg hosts BD's EMEA Treasury Department. Here, you can excel in finance, working on cash management, optimizing capital structure, managing bank relationships, and risk management.
