Job Description Summary
As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for providing tender support to Tender department within the company. You will be part of highly cooperative and supportive Team sharing responsibilities and knowledge.Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring tender notices and actively searching for new procurement announcements
- Managing the full tender process and handling other commercial offers
- Preparing price quotations and technical parameter tables in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Creating documentation at every stage of the tender process (e.g. submitting inquiries based on SWZ terms, clarifying offers, communicating with the Purchasing Entity)
- Verifying SWZ (Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract) and ensuring alignment with contractual terms
- Conducting market analysis related to public procurement and tender opportunities
- Cooperating closely with the Sales Department to support offer preparation and execution
- Finalizing agreements resulting from successful tender selection
- Coordinating communication and collaboration with internal and external clients
About you
- Higher education, preferably in Administration or Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering processes.
- Experience in customer service is considered an asset
- Good command in English at a minimum B1 level.
- Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook (email and calendar management) and MS Teams.
- Detail oriented and transparency
