- Empower healthcare professionals through product demonstrations, clinical education, training programs, and consultative support that promote safe and effective utilization.
- Provide in-procedure clinical and technical support to surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare teams to ensure proper product use and successful procedural outcomes.
- Lead product evaluations and implementation activities by partnering with customers to assess needs, drive adoptions, and demonstrate the value of BD solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of four years of documented successful B2B or similar sales demonstrating performance; medical sales experience a plus
- A valid state issued drivers license and the ability to meet BD’s auto safety standards.
- Ability to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access and vendor credentialing requirements
- The ability to travel within the territory on a daily basis to meet with customers, which at times requires early mornings and late evenings, including any overnight travel as required by the geography to meet expectations; adhoc other business travel for KOL engagement, dinners, meetings, tradeshows, conventions or similar
- Ability to educate, train, and influence healthcare professionals through product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and consultative selling approaches.
- Experience providing procedural support and applying clinical and product expertise to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong execution skills to manage evaluations, implementations, customer training activities, and territory priorities in a complex healthcare environment.
- Accountability for achieving revenue growth targets to deliver outstanding results through a focused and goal-oriented approach.
