Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English and/or Spanish. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

Duties/Responsibilities/Deberes/Responsabilidades:

• Assignments may be in ISM/Sterilizer/Inspection, Plunger Rod/Flow Wrappers, Multi Vac/Case Pak

• Continually monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance.

• Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain process quality and productivity.

• Perform or assist with product or equipment changeovers.

• Assist line technicians or setter/operators with equipment repair or trouble shooting.

• Keep machinery, work area and floors neat and orderly and comply with GMP requirements.

• Perform quality inspections, process tests and record data accurately as required.

• Communicate with utilities or department scheduling group to maintain minimal material inventory levels.

• Work as team member to develop optimal task methods.

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business

• Monitorear continuamente las operaciones para la calidad del producto y el rendimiento del equipo.

• Realizar ajustes al equipo según sea necesario para mantener la calidad y productividad del proceso.

• Realizar o ayudar con cambios de productos o equipos.

• Ayudar a los técnicos de línea o colocadores / operadores con la reparación de equipos o la resolución de problemas.

• Mantener la maquinaria, el área de trabajo y los pisos limpios y ordenados y cumplir con los requisitos de GMP.

• Realizar inspecciones de calidad, pruebas de procesos y registrar datos con precisión según sea necesario.

• Comunicarse con los servicios públicos o el grupo de programación del departamento para mantener niveles mínimos de inventario de materiales.

• Trabajar como miembro del equipo para desarrollar métodos óptimos de tareas.

• Otras tareas según sea necesario para apoyar las necesidades del negocio

Education/Educación:

• High School diploma/GED preferred

• In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required

• Diploma de escuela secundaria / GED preferido
