Job Overview
As the Senior Global Product Manager for Home Care, you will play a key role on the Global Home Care Platform team within Urology and Critical Care (UCC). Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the future of both our Core Urology and Urinary Incontinence portfolios.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the evolution of urinary retention and incontinence solutions. Your expertise will be critical to achieving our ambitious goals, managing a dynamic product line, and driving strategy in Home Care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of multiple product portfolio strategies through coordination with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
Ensure the product line meets evolving market needs by driving continual improvements that strengthen competitiveness, market penetration, and share.
Drive the new product development and introduction process, ensuring successful launch and commercialization.
Closely collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure strategies, brand positioning, marketing initiatives, and projects have marketing ownership and are aligned to global strategy
Work cross-functionally to manage the overall lifecycle of assigned product lines, including product changes, inventory needs, production planning, and quality to ensure products are positioned competitively globally.
Evaluate and craft financially sound business proposals for new opportunities and partnerships that will serve to help expand portfolio revenue.
Collect and integrate voice-of-customer driven insights, market, and technology trends to shape strategies.
Partner with R&D, Operations, and Sales teams to adjust the product line, products, and related features to drive both market share and financial results.
Lead the assessment and development of connected digital solutions to enhance customer and caregiver experiences.
Ensure appropriate technical support for sales and field applications teams, including assistance with communicating and positioning products.
About You:
The candidate is experienced in driving global product line strategies, product lifecycle management, leading VOC activities, defining market requirements, new product development, product launches, and developing growth opportunities in new and existing segments of interest.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or marketing management required, with a demonstrated track record in identifying market opportunities, market segmentation, targeted marketing, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and go-to-market models and strategies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HCP marketing is preferred, including the DME channel, as well as sales, operations, and marketing functions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in people management
Experience in CPG/B2C marketing is a plus.
Ability to understand and translate scientific, clinical, and technical information into marketing and customer benefits
Effective interpersonal, communication, organizational, prioritization, planning, goal setting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple competing projects across functions and regions
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
