Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to cover central Denmark, responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of large, complex robotic drug storage systems. The team supports a range of BD product platforms, including Rowa, Pyxis and Infusion systems. You will also support operating staff with their day-to-day inquiries and assist with fault diagnosis, both remotely and on-site.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, balancing customer interactions with the convenience of working from home during the rest of your time. This is a great opportunity for frequent professional travel, up to 70% in total, within Denmark and occasionally to Sweden. Ideally, you will be based in Fyn, Kolding, or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities :

• Commission new customer sites in collaboration with project and installation teams.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
• Expertly troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform on-site or remote fault diagnosis to minimize system downtime.
• Conduct planned preventative maintenance on-site to ensure system reliability.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, manage parts inventory, and adhere to safety regulations.

Preferred Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in Electrical, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Some experience with electro-mechanical systems and customer service would be beneficial, but we also welcome recent graduates and junior candidates with a relevant technical background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Danish.
• Self-sufficiency and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings is desired.

For this position, the expected base salary ranges from DKK 40,000–44,000 per month. This reflects a more accurate range than the broader salary band indicated at the end of the job advertisement. The role also includes additional benefits, including an annual bonus.
