Role Summary:
Designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces and experiences for custom business applications. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for Web, Desktop Apps and Mobile Apps.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and ease of use.
  • Collaborate with UI developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Maintain design documentation and UI style guides.
  • Optimize existing Apps for better usability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing projects.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)

  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects.

Bonus:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing Power Apps projects.
