Job Description
Job Summary:**
The Sr Tech, Mfg Support Eng provides essential technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance within CCT Critical Care Technologies, S.R.L.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide immediate technical support to production lines, diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and quality issues.
* Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including calibration, adjustments, and component replacement.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
* Collaborate with engineering teams on new product introductions, process validations, and equipment upgrades.
* Document all maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and process changes accurately and thoroughly.
* Train production operators on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing reliability and reduce downtime.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Job Qualifications:**
* Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing support role, preferably in a medical device or highly regulated industry.
* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment and processes.
* Experience with various hand and power tools, as well as test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO standards is a plus.
