Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in een modern, datagedreven logistiek proces? Als IDoc Analyst zorg je ervoor dat de voorraadgegevens tussen onze systemen volledig kloppen. Je analyseert afwijkingen, lost problemen op en werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om een soepel en foutloos logistiek proces te garanderen.

Je bent de schakel tussen systemen, processen en mensen — en jouw werk heeft directe impact op de betrouwbaarheid van onze supply chain.

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden

Analyse & Probleemoplossing

• Dagelijks genereren, controleren en analyseren van voorraadrapportages.

• Tijdig en correct verwerken van overschotten, tekorten en schade bij inkomende goederen.

• Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en uitvoeren van root cause analyses om herhaling te voorkomen.

• Aanvragen en opvolgen van cycle counts om voorraadverschillen te verifiëren.

• Oplossen van issues die invloed hebben op facturatie en verzendingen.

• Opstellen en afronden van rapportages op verzoek van interne stakeholders.

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met stockteam, inbound, outbound en warehouseplanning.

Kennis & Vaardigheden

• Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

• Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met logistiek, supply chain of warehouseprocessen.

• Sterke basiskennis van Excel.

• Engels op A2‑niveau of hoger.

• Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
