Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data Reporting, Analysis & Business Insights
- Collect, validate, and analyze in-market sales, inventory, end-customer, and internal sales data.
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc market, sales, and performance reports.
- Clean, manage, and visualize data using Excel and Power BI.
- Generate data-driven insights to support pricing, distributor performance evaluation, and sales planning decisions.
Distributor Performance Management
- Track and evaluate distributor performance against agreed KPIs, including sales growth, inventory levels, and target achievement.
- Coordinate regular distributor performance reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Support distributor compliance processes in collaboration with Legal and Ethics & Compliance teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and distributor master data in line with global and local standards.
Sales Operations & Commercial Support
- Manage SAP pricing analytics and related reporting.
- Support monthly sales activities, opportunity tracking, and funnel review meetings.
- Manage sales territories and segmentation in Salesforce.com.
- Support sales incentive programs by tracking performance versus targets and preparing incentive-related reports.
- Ensure high-quality data management across customers, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison among Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams.
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to sales effectiveness, analytics, and process improvement.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 years of experience in distributor management, sales operations, or data analytics.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, SAP) preferred.
- Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, high ethical standards, and a positive, can-do attitude.
