Key Job Responsibilities:

- Support commercial readiness activities for a major upcoming global product launch, including development of launch plans, field training programs, customer engagement strategies, marketing collateral, and sales enablement resources.
- Identify and evaluate portfolio adjacency opportunities across the Drainage franchise and partner with cross-functional teams, both within and outside of Peripheral Intervention, to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute portfolio marketing initiatives that strengthen customer awareness, improve adoption, and support strategic growth objectives.
- Create and maintain market models, business analyses, forecasting tools, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Marketing Communications teams to develop customer-facing collateral, sales tools, value messaging, and product training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development activities, including customer insights, voice-of-customer initiatives, market research, business case development, and commercialization planning.
- Lead product lifecycle management initiatives including product line extensions, SKU optimization, supply continuity planning, inventory monitoring, and product discontinuation strategies.
- Manage marketing materials through approved review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, medical, and corporate requirements.
- Support sustaining engineering and post-market activities including labeling changes, regulatory submissions, EU MDR initiatives, and implementation of product updates.
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve product issues, support investigations, manage corrective actions, and minimize customer impact from supply disruptions.
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, customer insights, and business performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve portfolio performance and strengthen market leadership.
- Support forecasting, inventory management, backorder mitigation, and annual business planning activities to ensure successful execution of portfolio objectives.
