Job Description
- Administration, screening and management of contracts and more complex tenders/offers.
- Maintenance of contract, tender and quotation overviews, including data maintenance in our internal IT systems.
- Monitoring of tenders and administrative coordination with the relevant departments, as well as their proper professional handling including appeal process.
- Compliant handling and acting based on our SOPs, compliance guidelines, work instructions and process requirements in our day-to-day operations.
- Handling of all written and verbal inquiries related to contracts and tenders in close cooperation with the respective internal and external customers involved.
- Administration and management of customer master data in our internal IT systems and handling of all related internal and external inquiries.
- Actively driving change initiatives within the area of responsibility to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency to meet business requirements.
- Achievement of all KPIs related to Tender & Contract activities.
- Immediate forwarding of product complaints within 48 hours via SFDC or the product complaint form.
- Completion of all assigned system trainings (e.g. C2C) by the respective due dates.
Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Competencies)
- Commercial and Business Administration education or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Professional experience in sales support, contract and tender management, including tender e-procurement
- Very strong analytical skills, strong numerical understanding and a high level of attention to detail
- System knowledge, especially ERP systems, SFDC and SAP knowledge is an advantage. Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
- Good understanding of the content of commercial contracts and the ability to analyze legal details
- Very strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strength in giving constructive feedback, changemanagement, multitasking and resilience
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken), with strong affinity for contractual content
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
