Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team to support marketing initiatives and product education across the US MDS business unit. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for translating ideas into compelling designs across digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with technical proficiency, capable of delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical and communications to support campaign and messaging goals

• Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts that elevate brand identity and adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and accessibility requirements

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

• Prepare final artwork for production, including prepress and file formatting for various platforms

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve visual storytelling and user engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred, Experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

• 3–5 years of professional design experience required, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools including Knak email creation platform

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums

• Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and apply constructive feedback

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of typography, color, and layout

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and adapt to shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Familiarity with web design tools (Figma or Adobe XD)

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
