We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director, Global Marketing & Digital Transformation leader. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategies for both SaaS and hardware/software (HW/SW) products, ensuring seamless integration and convergence of these technologies within our medical device portfolio. This role is crucial in steering our digital transformation journey, ensuring the success of a major, multi-year, multi-faceted, and highly complex program within the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Dispensing Solutions Platform that will set a benchmark for the broader company.
As a critical role within the Dispensing Solutions Business Platform, you will have direct visibility at the executive leadership level and a major impact on the successful completion of a strategically important initiative. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and develop marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth. We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and highly capable individual with a proven track record of sustained success in the execution of complex cross-functional initiatives, particularly those involving digital and SaaS transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Market Definition and Strategy: Drive the strategic vision for cloud-based applications and clinical/efficiency and AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for future cloud-based applications and clinical / efficiency workflows, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Product Definition: Collaborate with technical product management and R&D teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with market needs.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement go-to-market plans for new applications and workflows, including launch planning, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
Content Development: Develop and guide compelling marketing materials such as product brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and partners to gather feedback and ensure our solutions address their needs effectively.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
Drive Business Transformation: Spearhead the transition from traditional hardware and capital-based business models to innovative AI and software-based solutions.
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that highlight the benefits of SaaS and cloud-based solutions, driving customer engagement and adoption.
Role Expectations:
SaaS and Cloud Experience: Proven track record in marketing SaaS and cloud-based applications, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
Business Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation initiatives, particularly in shifting from hardware-centric to software and AI-driven business models.
Strategic Vision: Ability to envision and articulate the future of digital applications within the medical device industry, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to enhance clinical workflows and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve strategic goals.
Previous Product Marketing Experience: Extensive experience in product marketing, particularly within the medical device or healthcare technology industry, with a proven record of successful commercial launches and driving product adoption.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, science, engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience: 15+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology industry and has proven record of commercial launches in cloud-based Saas solutions
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge: Understanding of cloud platforms and digital health solutions is highly desirable.
Attributes: Self-motivated, thorough, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
