Job Responsibility
• Sell medical products to hospitals & clinics including product training to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide customer service support to existing customers such as organizing workshops or seminars.
• To provide information on new products and promotions through presentations and leaflets to relevant target groups within the hospital/clinic setting.
• Coordinate marketing activities with sales team and product managers.
• Assist in maintaining good relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessment of the marketplace to identify trends and developments that may affect business operations.
• Comply with all aspects of the Code of Ethical Business Practice as set out by BD.
• Ensure that own behavior is consistent with the Company’s values.
• Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical device industry or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of medical devices /pharmaceuticals and their application in patient care.
• Experience in selling medical devices /pharmaceuticals into acute and primary care settings desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Good command in English both written and spoken.
