Job Summary:
Supervises the fulfillment of the cleaning and preventive maintenance programs of machinery, equipment and building in general.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)
•    Supporting the department in different business-related tasks
•    Responsible in the fulfillment of the machinery preventive maintenance programs and responsible for the support of equipment and facilities at the productive plant and their modification.
•    Performs activities of preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and support equipment as necessary.
•    Supervises the activities of the Facilities Technician and Janitors.
•    Attends contractors for special projects and supervises contracted work.
•    Meets the requirements of implementing the 5s in the overall building.
•    Supervises the activities derived of the different departments and evaluates the result of the service.
•    Performs the surveys of installations performed by contractors and updates the building layouts.
•    Responsible in maintaining a safe environment assuring machinery, facilities and personnel under his responsibility follow procedures and safety practices.

Education and Experience:
•    Mechanical Engineer, Electrician Engineer, Maintenance Engineer and/or related preferably.
•    2 years in a similar position preferably.

Language Skills:
•    Intermediate
