Overview

TheSenior Manager, ChangeManagement & Communicationsis an individual contributorrole that supports the MMS organization by developing comprehensive change management strategies; creating clear, structured, and engaging transformation communications; and leading change management execution in support of major transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Platform, Global Commercial Regions, Global Service, Finance, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Business Development, and Medical Affairs to develop and implementactionable change management strategies and communications plans, driving transparency,change adoption, and organizational engagement throughout complex and high-impact organizational transformations. In return, the role provides exceptional access tosenior leadership and opportunities to contribute tohigh-impacttransformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

  • Develop actionable change management strategiesfor large-scale internal change initiatives with clear goals and expected outcomes

  • Drive timelyand meticulous execution of change management plans, with measurable success metrics and systemic means to assess and adapt plans as required

  • Form, influence, and indirectly lead networks of change champions

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Build and scale a simple, structured, adaptable, and repeatable change management approach to help individuals and teams transition during transformation journeys

  • Coach, mentor, and develop change management capabilities within the BDE & BT team and in the MMS organization

Communications

  • Create, maintain, and articulatecompelling audience-based impact messaging and collateral for a diverse portfolio of transformationinitiatives (e.g., technology/tool/innovation enhancements, organizational change,continuous improvement culture, associate engagement)

  • Perform relevant quality and risk reviews of communications, proactively identifying risks, raising them with teammates/stakeholders and suggesting potential courses of action

  • Create clear and engaging narratives and content (e.g., Leader guides, emails, FAQs, intranet posts, Viva Engage posts, presentations) that simplify complex and nuanced information related to change management plans

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage a complex stakeholder set in a highly cross-functional matrixed organization, developing strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders

  • Partner with senior leaders to align messaging and maintain consistency across all touchpoints

  • Work independently and see projects through from end-to-end

Qualifications 

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications, economics)

  • PROSCI Change Management Practitioner

  • PROSCI Change Management Train the Trainer

  • Facilitation certifications preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in building, leading, and executing comprehensive change management & communicationsstrategies

  • 5+ years of experience in coaching change management methodologies and building/scaling change management centers of excellence (COE)/community of Practice (COP) to support business transformation

  • Experience partnering with VP level audiences to create and drive change management and communications strategy fororganizational redesign initiatives with targeted outcomes of gross profit expansion, op model simplification, and customer experience unification across disparate product platforms for service organizations in the medical technologyindustry

  • Proven experience in leading change managementfor the following types of change: process, organizational design, continuous improvement projects, technology enhancements, and digital transformation projects

  • Proven experience in driving change management related to lean management deployment (e.g., standard work)

  • Proven experience in leading a change adoption and support team/change champion network

  • Proven experience in supporting change strategy forenterprise-widetransformations

  • Proven experience successfully managing change projects and programs

Location 

  • This is a remote role.

  • Schedule flexibility is required to support global organization.

  • Travel up to 25%, mainly domestic with minimal international travel.

  • Rolenot eligible for H1B Visa Sponsorship.
