Celebrating Family, Culture and Connection at BD Technology Campus India
At BD Technology Campus India (TCI), innovation and impact are driven by our people. But what truly makes our campus special is the culture our associates built together, one rooted in connection, pride and shared purpose. To celebrate seven years of growth and achievement, BD TCI welcomed associates and their families to campus for a Family Day celebration. More than 1,200 family members, including 300 children, joined associates for a day dedicated to recognizing the people who support them both inside and outside of work.
For many associates, Family Day provided a meaningful opportunity to share their workplace with loved ones and showcase the role they play in advancing the world of health™. One of the highlights was the product showcase, where family members explored the technologies and innovations that help improve patient outcomes around the world. Seeing the impact of BD through the eyes of those closest to our associates made the experience even more meaningful. The celebration was made possible by more than 50 associate volunteers whose enthusiasm, dedication, and teamwork helped create an unforgettable experience for associates and their families. More than an anniversary celebration, Family Day reflected the pride associates have in their work, the importance of family and community, and the connections that make BD Technology Campus India a place where people can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact.
