Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our team, supporting the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will provide expert clinical support both before and after sales, offering education and training to healthcare professionals and collaborating closely with the sales team. You will also contribute to customer engagement initiatives, clinical evaluations, and the promotion of best practices, helping to ensure our solutions are used effectively and safely.This is a field-based position, with extensive travel and driving required. You can expect to spend approximately three days per week visiting hospitals and healthcare facilities. While your primary focus will be South and West Sweden, occasional travel to other Nordic and EMEA countries may be required, including a handful of overnight stays per month. The ideal location for this role is in or near the Gothenburg or Malmö area.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver clinical education and training to customers in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Prepare and present clinically focused training sessions, workshops, and presentations at healthcare facilities and professional events.
- Support the development of strategic account plans with relevant clinical components, working closely with sales and marketing.
- Share market insights and competitor information with internal teams, including Medical Affairs and Marketing.
- Build strong professional relationships within hospital accounts to support the development of standard methodologies.
- Represent BD at conferences, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the organisation and product portfolio.
- Partner with the regional and EMEA medical teams to communicate technical and scientific data effectively.
- Engage with key clinicians to stay informed about clinical trends and practices related to the BD product range.
About you:
- Qualified Registered Nurse with practical experience in the use and management of Vascular Access Devices.
- Experience in clinical education and ideally familiarity with evidence-based practice.
- Fluency both in English and Swedish.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and holding a valid driving license
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
