While the specific questions you’ll be asked will vary depending on the role, they are designed to provide you with opportunities to showcase your achievements, demonstrate the positive outcomes you’ve delivered, and, when applicable, illustrate your technical expertise.

We value authentic examples, so be ready to confidently describe situations where your contribution led to measurable outcomes. Organizing your answers using the STARR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result, Reflection—will help you clearly convey your growth and contributions.

We’re interested in understanding what motivates you, what you’ve learned, and your goals for the future. Feel free to bring thoughtful questions for us about the team, the role, or your potential career path at BD. These conversations help us see what makes you unique and how you can contribute here.

    • Situation: Set the stage by describing the context.
    • Task: Explain the goal or challenge you faced.
    • Action: Detail the steps you personally took.
    • Result: Share the outcome and impact of your actions.
    • Reflection: Highlight what you learned and how it shaped your approach.

  • Absolutely! Your interview is a two-way conversation. It’s your chance to learn more about the role and BD, so come prepared with questions that matter to you. We also encourage you to ask questions based on the discussion—it shows curiosity and helps you make the most of the conversation.
