If you’re organised, proactive and thrive in fast‑paced project environments and you love being the person who keeps everything running on track, this role offers real variety, learning and impact within a global MedTech leader.

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you’ll support the Project Management team to deliver high‑quality outcomes across multiple remediation projects.

Your day will include:

  • Coordinating administrative and reporting tasks to support key project objectives
  • Managing relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing detailed project status reports, dashboards and progress updates
  • Maintaining centralised project records, trackers and documentation
  • Monitoring project activities, risks and outstanding actions
  • Supporting recall scheduling, field team coordination and customer communication
  • Providing executive administrative support including calendars, travel and expense management
  • Ensuring deadlines are met with high‑quality, accurate administration
  • Assisting Project Managers across multiple workstreams within the PMO

About You

You’re highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple priorities with a calm, confident approach. You enjoy supporting projects, solving problems and helping teams deliver.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in project administration or support within a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience maintaining reports, trackers or dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, PM tools)
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential; CRM or PM software a plus)
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to step in where needed
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Quality, Field Service and customers
  • A degree in business, administration, analytics or similar (preferred but not essential)
