Job Description

About the Role

Join our MMS Customer Care Small Parts Order Entry team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage order entry, support customer inquiries, and collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant order processing


Main Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and enter customer orders into ERP systems

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels

  • Resolve order issues and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics

  • Process credits, returns, and rebills as needed

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, HIPAA, and company policies

  • Manage backorders, allocations, and exception orders

  • Meet service levels for accuracy and turnaround time

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and team projects


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred

  • ERP experience (SAP or JDE preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred

Work Environment

  • On-site role with a minimum of 4 days in office per week

  • Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

  • Work hours 8am -5pm CST Mon-Fri
