Area to be covered: French-speaking Switzerland, Ticino

Preferred place of residence: Greater Geneva/Lausanne

Area of Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive and expert support to our existing and prospective customers, be available at all times as a friendly point of contact and place particular emphasis on continuously developing this relationship.
  • Developing promising sales strategies, carry out various initiatives in the context of new product launches and thus continuously increase the market share of the products.
  • Close collaboration with internal specialists from various departments and external opinion leaders
  • Representation of our company at scientific symposia and congresses

The core product areas include:

Endourology (Stone Management)

  • Access: Wires/Sheaths
  • Dilation: Dilation Catheters
  • Visualization: Aptra® disposable ureteroscopes (new product launch)
  • Removal: stone extraction baskets

Critical Care

  • Arctic Sun® non-invasive temperature management system
  • DigniShield® stool management system
  • Temporary pacemaker probes

About you

  • You have a medical or commercial background or a university degree.
  • You have (initial) experience in sales, ideally of medical technology products in a hospital and clinic environment, as well as knowledge of the Swiss healthcare market.
  • You are an empathetic networker with a confident manner, who enjoys working in a results-oriented manner, communicates confidently at all levels and has a strong hands-on mentality.

Further requirements are:

  • (Initial) experience in the creation of financial analyses, in the implementation of sales strategies and other sales-related activities
  • A proactive, independent way of working and problem-solving skills in a complex work environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and commercial understanding as well as a structured approach
  • The ability to network and manage relationships, as well as emotional intelligence
  • A high level of self-motivation, self-confidence, critical faculties and enthusiasm
  • Proven experience in using modern and common PC and IT programs
  • Business fluent English and French
  • German and Italian skills are advantage
  • Class B driver's license
  • Willingness to travel extensively. Primarily in your own sales area, but also to trade fairs and congresses within Switzerland.
