Job Description

Job Summary: 
As a member of this team you will provide support to all activities in the Operations department, ensuring compliance to quality standards, GMP/GDP regulations, internal procedures, policies, and practices. You will also perform duties related to quality control testing, inventory management, product packaging and labeling, and shipping and receiving of products.  
Responsibilities: 

- Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, cycle count, and warehousing to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

- Overseeing inbound and outbound activities ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics and quality, which potentially impact operation and shipments.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with 3PL and key stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Analyze logistics performance data and reports such as complaint report to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards within company and logistic process.

- Identify, plan, and manage logistics and/or quality projects that will improve efficiency, resilience and performance

- Improving and implementing quality processes, including applications, documentation, and training.

- Manage and process revisions of procedures and other controlled documents, ensure all document changes are accurately recorded, communicated to 3PL workforce and properly implemented by the Distribution Center. Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Support Gemba walks (Quality of the Floor) to ensure compliance of 3PL operations with internal and regulatory requirements. Follow up non-conformities to ensure proper implementation of corrections and/or corrective actions.

- Manage and execute APM quality holds internally and coordinate them with 3PL, to ensure proper product segregation and quarantine to avoid non-conforming product releases.

- Support the execution and follow up of FCA (Field Corrective Actions), Stop-Shipments and reworks.

- Inspect quarantined product (returned and/or damaged) and ensure proper disposition together with 3PL and APM Supply Chain.

- Support and execute processes to ensure a smooth provision of products (ie: issuance of certificates, adjustment of capital equipment expiry dates, etc).

- Recommend changes to documentation associated with Quality and Supply Chain at the Distribution Center.

- Support periodic audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards, identify non-conformities, and assist in corrective action implementation

- Assessing the impact of quality systems information (e.g., Enterprise Change Requests (ECRs), CAPA) and providing feedback to originators.


Qualifications: 

- 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

- Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP) preferred.  

- Excellent communication skill with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Deep knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.  

- Strong EQ, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Willing to work in medical industry and have strong mindset of “Patient- First”.

- Fluent English language skill required, and Dutch is a plus.

- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

- Basic understanding of medical devices regulations (e.g. ISO13485)

- Strict attention to detail

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Preferred :

-  Experience with logistics software and tool.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation requirements in logistics.

- Good knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical regulations as relating to documentation

- Experience with JDE, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP/S4 Hana is a plus.
