About the role

As Business Operations Specialist (CEEI and EAE), you'll support our operations and development projects in the EAE and CEEI regions. Your tasks include handling customer contracts, coordinating projects, and driving key initiatives like new product launches. You'll also handle communication of price changes, generate reports, and identify supply chain opportunities. Your insights will help craft our marketing strategies, and you'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to improve our resources. Your experience in operations and project management, along with your computer skills and fluency in English, will be essential in this role. We're excited to welcome you to the team!

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and coordinate regional business support.
  • Handle CEEI-related customer contracts, price lists, and amendments.
  • Coordinate BU/RA/QA projects and supervise in-country activities.
  • Support CEEI/EAE cases including GTM and new product launches.
  • Ensure timely communication of price/SKUs changes to customers and internally.
  • Build reports, identify supply chain opportunities, and manage marketing insights and SFDC utilization.

About you

  • Excellent computer skills in Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Previous field experience preferred, ranging from junior to senior level.
  • Preferred experience in business operations or commercial support, along with customer service experience.
