Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

1. 熟知BD产品相关知识以及与竞品的差异(适应症、产品特性、操作手法、维护管理等)
2. 全面了解静疗领域治疗方案与相关产品
3. 熟悉血管通路学苑(VAA)上的学术内容和专业知识,并能按需检索
4. 对医疗行业发展及政策导向有一定分析,理解其对业务的影响
1. 充分了解目标医院客户需求及竞品现状,收集目标医院的微观市场数据,分析和发现业务机会
2. 具备基础的区域计划管理能力,结合目标医院实际情况制定不同产品线的差异化策略
3. 运用竞争销售技巧,能够合理规划时间、制定工作计划并高效执行,完成目标区域产品的销售任务,提高产品在医院的使用率和提单率,确保患者与医护的生命安全
4. 能够发现和管控风险,协助地区经理预警院标、建议招标参数和收集相关信息
1. 熟练掌握各种工具,能够在指定的目标医院开展静脉输液产品的销售及技术指导,独立跟进PICC置管跟台并支持客户进行并发症处理
2. 充分利用Digital工具教育及培训临床客户
3. 能够主动结合客户的实际需求,有针对性地及时推送市场部提供的推广内容与工具;协助制定相关市场活动项目,影响客户理念,提升客户操作水平
4. 参与整体解决方案制定,并确保顺利实施;支持总部Total Solution方案执行并收集客户反馈、定期分析和汇报合作项目成果
5. 善用各类学会平台及学术带头人的影响力,助力推动静疗领域的持续发展

Job Description

1. 通过定期有效的临床及非临客户拜访,了解客户需求,针对性地制定解决方案,改善客户痛点
2. 联络,发现,培养本地区临床/非临KOL
3. 建立与医院大客户(院长/书记、护理/静疗、感控/医务、医工/医保等)的常规交流通路

1. 提升经销商对BD及相关产品的了解
2. 了解经销商真实需求、渠道变化及行业变化信息,及时反馈
3. 促进互相合作,为客户提供更好的使用体验,提高BD产品的提单率和进院率。

1. 能够处理相关产品售后服务及质量投诉。
2. 充分理解并践行MDS2.0文化
3. 定期参加公司会议并提交相关报告。
4. 严格遵守国家合规相关法律和公司合规相关规定、规范。
