As a Market Development Supervisor, You will be responsible for driving oncology product market share in Egypt and Levant through growing penetration, market share and profitability in existing and new accounts. Also you will be communicating & Implementing BD marketing strategy and handling top accounts across Egypt and Levant and taking the responsibility of major Projects and drive customer development.

About the role

The Market Development Supervisor (MDS) plays a pivotal role to drive customer centricity through managing and building relationships with all key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers in key accounts, increase the category share of BD in the target market. MDS is the Subject Matters Experts for Oncology Platform.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Sales achievemnt & growth within assigned territory.

  • Building Relationship with Key Stakeholders:

  • Engage and Develop Key opinion Leaders & Local Societies and Local partner.

  • Increase Category Share of BD

  • Drive strategic market share gain activities: Account segmentation & Targeting, Demand Generation

  • Implement market development/shaping initiatives & New Product Launches.

  • MDS is Subject Matters Experts:

  • Train and Develop Product knowledge to distributors.

  • Provide awarness & technical support for HCPs.

  • Implement Product strategy by ensuring proper positioning, detailing, evalutions ....

  • Obtain Market intellegnce (disease survillance, competitive lanscape....)

  • Drive sales-effectiveness: by complying to BD tools – SFDC.

About you

  • The ideal candidate will likely have a medical degree or relevant graduate certificate.

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in Medical Devices industry portfolio is highly preferred. Market development experience is a plus

  • Experience in Egypt and levant is needed.

  • Demonstrated leadership and business management skills.

  • Strong relationship building skills.

  • Self-motivated and exhibits a positive “can-do” attitude

  • Is an excellent team player and possesses interpersonal savvy

  • Advanced business acumen with ability to plan, analyze and forecast sales results.

  • Excellent communications, technical and presentation skills.

  • Computer skills (Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

  • Proficiency in English & Arabic (Verbal & Written)

  • Organizational Agility.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills.

  • Marketing experience is a plus

  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach

  • Demonstrates strong business acumen, and strong strategic thinker who anticipates trends and competitive activity

  • Demonstrates maturity, self-awareness & resilience

  • Demonstrates exceptional levels of personal responsibility
