岗位职责:
1, 达到负责区域和地区的销售目标、增长目标
2, 负责区域内新客户开发、新产品市场拓展,能对市场和竞品作出多维分析,开发、维护重点医院和客户,包括资源分配、策略制定、计划执行与反馈修正
, 完成公司规定的月目标客户拜访数量、覆盖率、大小推广活动、会议的组织开展
4, 熟悉产品使用和客户问题解决,协调公司各支持部门,与维修、AS、商务、渠道等各部门合作,及时协调产品应用、投诉处理、物流供应等,提高客户服务有效性和满意度
5, 建立完善的客户档案,不断更新地区客户市场分类、数据库和拜访记录,与KOL客户保持良好的关系
, 及时准确的收集反馈市场信息并作出应对方案 , 及时熟练完成各种文案工作和计划汇报工作 , 能够独立完成医疗器械招投标、采购挂网工作,跟进区域内招标采购政策变化 , 配合DSM做好区域内代理商的开发、管理和培训,指导代理商完成区域开发和销售目标
10,配合上级的协同拜访,完成地区经理或大区经理指派的工作任务
岗位要求:
1, 本科以上学历,3年以上相关工作经验,医、药或相关专业优先
, 具备一定销售区域管理、客户管理和客户开发经验
4, 良好的执行力、沟通能力、团队协作、勇敢的进取创新精神,积极地工作态度和良好的学习能力、抗挫折和承压能力
5, 勇于承担责任:用心,责任心强,能够承担岗位责任
6, 具有一定的英文读写能力
