Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

Our Customer Service Organization is supporting hospitals, laboratories and B2B customers in the Benelux region. As part of a dynamic team, you as a Customer Relations Coordinator and your colleagues will be responsible for managing daily customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations with internal and external customers.

You will be part of the Customer Relations team within Customer Service. Your responsibility is to monitor the daily operations, to keep an overview of the processes and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) but also to coach your colleagues and support them in the implementation of necessary changes.

In this role you need to be able to set the right priorities for you and your team. You need to collaborate with your peer coordinators to achieve the best possible customer support given by our Customer Service teams. Clear and effective communication, the ability to question ourselves and the incentive to grow personally and professionally with your team are crucial.

You do not need a medical background for this role but the willingness to learn what the products are used for will certainly help you understand the urgency of certain demands and will probably make your job even more meaningful!

As a coordinator you will lead and support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team.  You will monitor and manage the E2E process.  You will collaborate with many stakeholders across BD and therefore it is essential that you have excellent communication skills.

Education / experience

  • You have a commercial attitude; the customer is your priority.

  • You are pro-active, you take initiatives.

  • You have experience working in a large and complex B2B environment.

  • You enjoy a variety of administrative tasks.

  • You enjoy supporting people in their development and coaching gives you additional energy.

  • Results Driven with continuous improvement mindset.

  • Experience in working with ERP systems is a plus. (SAP, LOTS)

  • Experience in a healthcare or MedTech company is a plus.

  • You speak fluently Dutch, French and English.
