Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving change and ensuring successful ERP transitions? Join our team as the Associate Director Program Business Deployment, where you will play a pivotal role as a 'Change Captain,' steering and ensuring the successful Go Live of the Order Carve Out ERP program. This role is crucial in transitioning from the outdated ERP platform (LOTS) to the future ERP platform SAP S4H.
Upon the completion of the Order-Carve-Out Program, there will be growth and development opportunities to engage in deployment for other initiatives on the Simplify Roadmap (i.e. WMS, Inbound Carve out, Etc.)
Job Description
Overall accountability:
As the Associate Director Program Business Deployment, you will partner with Functional Business Leads and Technology Leads to meet program objectives for implementation, lead dependencies, and mitigate risks. As a member of the Program Leadership Team, you will chip in to the overall success, bring thought leadership, and ensure the program delivers qualitative implementation on time and on budget.
You will lead, coach, and mentor various operational teams to achieve interpersonal and business readiness for release. You will provide unwavering support throughout all stages of the implementation, including ramping down current operations, transitioning to the new system, gradually growing activity, and reaching full operational capacity.
Key Responsibilities :
Run all aspects of deploying commercial order management on the future state EMEA SAP S4 platform in close collaboration with business partners and their organizations.
Drive the preparation of the implementation plan for a smooth and successful go-live, including testing and hyper care support processes.
Drive the development of critical metric dashboards to supervise business readiness prior to release as well as business success measures after implementation.
Engage with leadership and functions to align training schedules with business requirements. Develop and communicate the testing & training strategy in collaboration with the change management lead and deploy a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) approach to maintain operational excellence in the long term.
Drive the translation of practical strategies into actionable steps for testers & trainers and identify and mobilize appropriate resources early, building a guiding coalition with the day-to-day organization.
Drive the simplification of business practices and interpersonal design in coordination with the Business Process Transformation (BPT) teams.
Partner with the Communication and Change lead to develop and communicate the strategy, working with functional leads to prioritise to be part of the Change Network.
The experience you bring :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Significant experience in deploying large programs, ERP implementation, or related work.
Proven experience in running large-scale, multi-functional, matrixed teams.
Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
Experience with risk management and organisational change principles.
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or other ERP systems.
English proficiency required
