Our vision for Medication Management Solutions at BD

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.

About the role

As a Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to connect market and customer insights to develop product strategies and tactics that meet business growth objectives in the short to medium term while supporting long-term planning for your product portfolio. You will ensure the successful execution of innovative, customer-centric strategies that differentiate our solutions and add significant value.

Main Responsibilities

• Initiate and be responsible for market development activities, including the launch of new product lines and solutions, in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager MMS, the European marketing team, and the local commercial team.
• Play a key role in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
• Champion your product portfolio by supporting the sales force in the tactical deployment of sales strategies, providing strategic tender support, and delivering customer vision presentations.
• Serve as the go-to person for the EU marketing team, keeping them informed on market trends, customer insights, field feedback, and campaigns.
• Spend time interacting with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external collaborators.
• Excel in a matrix organization, collaborating seamlessly with internal partners including supply chain, customer service, legal, regional marketing, and the sales organization in the hub.

About you

• Confirmed experience in product management, preferably in medical technology (capital equipment), or healthcare IT industry.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required, with French being a plus.
• Strong drive for results and a dedication to customer happiness.
• Strong analytical capabilities and technical marketing competence.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working within a large matrix organization.
