Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Project Manager to join the Project Portfolio Management team in the Supply Chain Innovation department of the EMEA Supply Chain. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve overall customer satisfaction and support the EMEA Supply Chain into executing successfully it's strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and excellent analytical and communication skills.Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Managing resourcing : support tool maintenance and improvement, map resource, maintain visibility, support resource assignment and review
- Build business cases : identify and build business cases, support functions with their business cases
- Executing projects as PM, PMO or Coach
- Business partnering : build and maintain network of stakeholders to support the SC/CS EMEA Program Manager's functions
- Identify and manage cost reduction initiatives
- (Develop solutions)
- Develop SC/CS PM skills (including standardization)
- Support BD Excellence deployment
- Support Supply Chain Academy development
- Understanding of project management principles, theories & concepts
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (business case presentation, steercos and meetings facilitation)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Growth Mindset
- Office 365 suite advanced knowledge
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, APICS, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma or similar are preferred.
- Experience with SAP, LOTS, and Change Management tools
- Experience with Power Bi
- Availability of 25% to travel
