About the role

The core responsibilities for this role will be to convert, renew, sell & upsell service contracts from existing and prospective customers through a customer centric approach and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs. You must be dedicated to spending time on the phone with (prospective) customers.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Handle service sales call flow as first point of contact for internal & external customers (phone & e-mails)
  • Identify, qualify, and close service sales and perform contract opportunity management according to the processes, systems and tools in place.
  • Negotiate customer proposals by phone and emails
  • Provide existing customers revised agreements as required (upsell) and renew accounts according to agreements on an annual basis
  • Prepare and send service contract material to customer: offer letter, agreement terms & conditions, quotation, tender documents, RFP, RFQ, etc.
  • Prepare time & material (T&M) quotations for non-contract customers with inputs from the Service operation team
  • Collect purchase orders from customer and timely invoice service contracts according to our forecasting planning in order to meet our financial goals
  • Build and maintain service contract records and data quality in Service Max system, SFDC & LOTS as required
  • Own the financial sales goals and performance at countries/territory level
  • Establish long-term, ongoing relationships with customers, increase presence at key accounts
  • Communication and close collaboration with regional Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Marketing teams, Technical Service leaders

About you

  • Strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Sales experience in a commercial environment and/or healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Result driven & committed
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Language skills Dutch, English , French is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel & Outlook, knowledge of Salesforce, SMAX is an advantage
