Main Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and deploy digital solutions, including web development, Marketing Automation, and CMS, to ensure accurate functioning and seamless integration into existing systems and workflows.
• Provide technical support to teams, addressing issues related to digital technologies and minimizing disruption to day-to-day activities.
• Drive seamless technical and operational integration between various systems and platforms to enable the execution of a unified and efficient digital approach.
• Manage websites and platform management to ensure all key business requirements are met.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to support business users and drive adoption of key technologies.
• Conduct analysis and share input on usage, performance, and opportunities of adopted technologies.

Preferred Profile:

• Degree in digital marketing, information systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technology management.
• 3+ years of programming experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing campaign capabilities.
• Proficiency in digital solutions to support end-to-end campaign execution. (Marketo, AEM, Salesforce)
• Strong programming and scripting abilities, (HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, Python)
• Proficient in English.
• Advanced analytical skills to analyze data and inform/support upcoming technology-related decisions.
• Problem solving skills : ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimizing disruption to campaigns and delivering efficient support.
• Innovative Thinker: A self-starter who demonstrates creativity and originality in developing new ideas and solutions.
