As Regional Sales Leader for the Western Europe you will define the local business strategy in alignment with the EMEA regional strategy, translate the strategy into operationalized plans and execute the plans through a strong and well-developed organization.

Main responsibilities

  • P&L Responsibility for the Western Europe region (France, Belgium and Netherlands businesses)
  • Developing an annual business plan, including the financial and strategic objectives and resources required.
  • Defining Key Performance Indicators. Leading commercial processes and driving financial performance with a strong focus on the field of expertise and continuous improvement.
  • Building commercial capabilities and driving excellence; CRM adoption and management.
  • Building winning and competitive team culture to drive growth.
  • Leading the team to define and achieve ambitious though achievable goals.
  • Performing and exemplifying people and performance management as well as building a bench strength of talent that will contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
  • Coaching and developing direct team to prepare entire organization to meet and exceed current and future business needs.
  • Developing winning strategy. Understanding market dynamics and trends. Knowing customers and competitors.
  • Building relationships with key strategic customers.
  •  Building strong collaboration with other BD teams enabling customer success and PAR performance; especially GCS, finance, supply chain and marketing teams.
  • Coordinating and leading monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with sales representatives.

Preferred profile

  • Experienced sales leader with at least 5 years of experience selling large CAPEX equipment ideally to healthcare organizations, retail pharmacies or a related sectors.
  • Demonstrate a strategic approach, analytical thinking and decision making.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • Able to effectively integrate and balance long-term opportunities and challenges, with day-to-day activities.
  • Strong leadership skills, team-working and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to create and manage high-performing teams.
