Marketing Operations Analyst - Hybrid

Job Description Summary

As Marketing Operations Analyst, you will assist in managing go-to-market needs including supply and demand strategies, contract compliance governance and forecasting. You will play a critical role in developing long-term performance expectations, and marketing initiatives to ensure sales efficiency is directly correlated with financial objectives. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive long-term strategies by proactively engaging product experts, industry leaders, outside sales organizations, and cross-functional teams within BD are essential. This is a hybrid role 3 days a week in office and based in our Franklin Lakes, NJ corporate office

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leads and communicates long and short-term product related information with supply chain, customer care and sales.

  • Uses BD’s cross-functional resources to improve supply allocation processes to accelerate sales and reach business objectives.

  • Collaborates with internal functions including platform marketers, marketing communications, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, quality, finance, and sales.

  • Supports US Region sales team for opportunity progression and conversion management: ensure sales team have the support, tools, and resources to enable rapid conversion from a product and supply perspective.

  • Ensures activities are consistent with BD core values and aligned with internal and external corporate, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

  • Prepares timely forecast, projection, and project reports.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you require:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum three years of relevant marketing/operations/supply chain or quality experience in a CB2 environment; medical device or FDA regulated industry experience is preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point; SAP and BPI skills are preferred.

  • Comfortable developing, analyzing and updating large and complex data.

  • Experience with project management standard processes; able to implement in a matrixed, fast-paced culture and prioritize.

  • Passion and ability to work independently.
