Job Summary
Responsible to grow the Medication Delivery Solutions ( MDS ) business in South Asia by driving the Sales organization with goals of meeting strategic and financial objectives.
MDS is a high growth business with a strong growth potential driven by market shaping & category creation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering overall Revenue , Focus Products’ revenue , Conversion and Price increase for MDS Legacy side.
- Establish & develop sales management practices, process adoption and capability enhancement.
- Drive Market development initiatives, Increase market share and strengthen customer portfolio to achieve significant growth and gain relevance in the market.
- Establish and manage relationships with customers, distributors, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead & develop RSMs and their teams
Education & Experience:
- MBA with a graduate degree
- A minimum 12 years of Sales and Marketing experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales and with recent national leadership role in the healthcare industry.
- People leadership experience
- Experience in setting direction and providing effective solutions and initiatives to manage a growing industry/market segment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian healthcare market, practices, channel, and distributor management
- Proven experience in managing P&L for a business
- Strong business acumen and result oriented
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work well in a matrix organization
