Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to cover Zealand Denmark, responsible for the commission and maintenance of large, complex robotic drug storage systems, as well as providing support to operating staff by addressing their day-to-day inquiries and assisting with fault diagnosis, both remotely and on-site.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, balancing customer interactions with the convenience of working from home during the rest of your time. This is a great opportunity to have frequent professional travelling up to 70% in total, within Denmark and occasionally to Sweden. Your ideal location is Zealand.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Commission new customer sites in collaboration with project and installation teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Expertly troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform on-site or remote fault diagnosis to minimize system downtime.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance on-site to ensure system reliability.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, manage parts inventory, and adhere to safety regulations.

About you:

  • Electrical or Mechanical qualification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in electro-mechanical systems in an industrial or hospital environment with strong customer-facing and customer service skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing customer expectations, proficiency in English and Danish.
  • Self-sufficiency and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and technical drawings is desired.
