Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales activities across Denmark within the Surgery portfolio. Based in Denmark, this role involves active engagement within the wider Nordic team. You will travel and engage with customers four times a week, with regular overnight stays depending on your location. The position focuses on building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and supporting their continued education on our products. You will collaborate closely with local and regional teams to shape and execute commercial initiatives and deliver impactful training and events. Additionally, you will visit a few strategic accounts in Norway, although the primary focus will be on Denmark.Our vision for Surgery at BD

Main responsibilities will include:
- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Deliver product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare personnel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to shape and implement promotional activities such as events and symposia
- Manage tender processes and lead commercial negotiations with hospital departments and procurement teams
- Represent the BDI Surgery portfolio with in-depth product and clinical knowledge
- Work cross-functionally with the Nordic team to support development initiatives and shared goals
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify commercial opportunities
- Ensure adherence to local industry regulations and internal compliance standards
About you:
- Hold relevant academic degree or healthcare background
- Bring prior sales experience from the life sciences industry
- Demonstrate a strong commercial attitude with a structured and analytical approach
- Experienced in handling tenders and negotiations
- Communicate fluently in both Danish and English, Norwegian is considered a plus
- Comfortable with frequent travel within the territory and sometimes internationally, and hold a valid driving license
