Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Lead efforts to achieve sales targets for the interventional portfolio in Vietnam.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption.
  • Engage with Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs including hospital team, distributors, internal stakeholders
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing Leader and marketing teams, to align strategies, get insights to maximize the profits and minimize loss, and ensure effective execution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, preferable Medical-Pharmaceutical related, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in key account management or sale management, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Be able to reach out and influence Key Decision Makers
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product adoption in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment in Vietnam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across North region, and across country
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with intervention medical devices.
  • Willing to travel to Hanoi and other part across Vietnam when needed.
