Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

Provide timely application (hands on) training and technical support to existing and new customers.
Provide support to sales team in technical discussions for prospective customers.
Provide trouble-shooting and address customer queries.



Principal Responsibilities

1) Application Support / provide training on BD instruments and products

To coordinate with the sales managers and customer to ensure readiness of site for application
training and plan for training.
Provide onsite training to new customers and re-training to existing customers in order to enhance optimal utilization of BD instruments.
To promote good practices in Microbiology laboratory and WHC platforms and advocate BD technology solutions in managing of septicemia and TB and ID/ AST, and cervical cancer screening in order to showcase BD as a reliable and trusted partner and a leader in Microbiology technology.

2) Joint working with the sales team to support sales
Participation in technical discussion during the ongoing sales process with prospects. Drive media sales and revenue generation.

3) Work with regional Branch manager to achieve and deliver business objectives

Participate in sales review meetings and work closely with branch manager and sales team to meet the business objectives and achieve budget numbers.
