Job Description Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with proficiency in Marketo to join our regional team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts through implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.

Reporting to the Omnichannel Manager based in Singapore, you will be working with Regional and Country teams to help achieve the marketing automation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing experimentation for all aspects of end-to-end marketing automation initiatives aligned with campaign strategy utilizing Marketo to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Build, maintain & collaborate with country for their automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring for better results.
  • Implement regionally designed best practices for data management, lead tracking, and performance measurement in connection with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement prepopulated templates with different use cases for ease of use.
  • Be the guardian of the automation process by making sure programs are aligned with commercial excellence.
  • Map out triggers and content based on user actions to build automated email workflows for welcoming, nurturing, and timely cross-sell.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimization and improvement
  • Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from the various campaign teams; responsible for minimizing Unsubscribe rate
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation and apply them to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Marketo usage and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with proficiency in Marketo, Eloqua, or SFMC.
  • You have been using CRM platforms (Salesforce) in your day-to-day work and understand how data automation is structure to support Marketing plans.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement. Ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing automation campaigns.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, cross- country and influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
  • Mandarin fluency is a plus Having worked in an agency is a plus.
  • Genuinely passionate about the healthcare industry, making an impact.
