Responsibilities:
Timely reconciliation of carve-out P&L to Net Cash settlements. Raise payment request where necessary.
Review Balance Sheet reconciliations supporting documents and monthly fluctuations.
Assist with auditor queries
Assist with raising VAT or non-VAT invoice and recording
Assist with aligning Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) to BD policies and procedures
Assist with monitor compliance to Transaction Service Agreement (TSA), open issues / questions raised to Edwards Lifesciences (EW)
Collaborate with Consolidation team and Country Finance to meet deliverables.
Prepare journals / deliverables based on a defined list or as directed
Education:
A CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Preferably have experience in audit and/or MNC (multinational corporate) background
Candidate who has prior reporting and analysis responsibilities is preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills
IT systems including SAP, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Internal controls/SOX
Strong GAAP knowledge
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to assess priorities, attention to detail and effective follow-up skill
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Agree to an 18-month contract
