Essential Tasks

  • Plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate, technical, non-technical and self / career development training programs for all employees.
  • To oversee and performs the training tasks and function as describe in BOP
  • Responsible for new employees Orientation Program for the whole plant - Coordinate NEO schedule and flow. 
  • Verify monthly report of training programs and Quarterly training report for management review
  • Annual Training Plan- Compile and analyze all the information given by department managers and propose the Annual Training Plan
  • Work with Quality Team for Training policies management (Update, Renew or add new policies)
  • Prepared training manual for training program
  • Coordinate and/or execute training plan as per Annual Training Plan- Internal Training, External Training, coordinate Periodic Training with technical training team or supervisors, 
  • Training File documentation - Prepare Training profile and Training Matrix for New Hired, prepare Training Evaluation for Pre and Post Evaluation Training
  • Submission and follow up on HRDF(Grant/Claim) 
  • HR Representative for Quality Audit, BSI/Customer audit, FDA Audit, Line Audit, 5S Audit, Corporate audit
  • Carry out all other activities / assignments as and when required by the Manager
  • HR Business Partner Roles

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in training or certified trainers are preferred
  • Experience in managing industrial relations and employee relations
  • Strong critical analysis, organizing and planning, report writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill
  • Identify Training & Development needs within an organization through job analysis, and regular consultation with unit managers.
  • Keep abreast of developments and trends in the training industry and apply knowledge of new developments into the training and learning programs, trends and best practices .
  • Must be willing to work in Kulim
