Lead sustaining engineering projectsJob Description
1. Materials and process development related activities.
2. Manage and implement materials and process related projects.
3. Manage and implement stay-in-business related projects, if any.
4. Identify opportunities for materials waste reduction and new materials development.
Improvement to focus on cost and/or quality related opportunities on current and future
products.
5. Liaise with Manufacturing Manager and Senior Management on project opportunities and
progress updates.
6. Liaise with Quality and Purchasing on material qualifications.
7. Manage project schedules and timelines.
8. Prepare project documentation including capital requests, design specifications and
validations.
9. Carry out other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor.
