The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth through the implementation of marketing strategies within the assigned territory (Kuwait). The role requires good understanding of customers’ needs and strong knowledge of MMS product portfolio to be able to position products accordingly. Responsible for all sales activities in the area of responsibility includes supervising key performance indicators and crafting action plans to address any gaps identified. They will also act as main point of contact between the company and customers.

About the role

The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth through the implementation of marketing strategies within the assigned territory (Kuwait). The role requires good understanding of customers’ needs and strong knowledge of MMS product portfolio to be able to position products accordingly. Responsible for all sales activities in the area of responsibility includes supervising key performance indicators and crafting action plans to address any gaps identified. They will also act as main point of contact between the company and customers.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve annual sales budget within the Division.

  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and applying appropriate solutions based on MMS offerings.

  • Ensure timely execution of promotional programs and monitor results.

  • Build excellent relationships internally and externally.

  • Monitor competitive activity and report intelligence .

  • Gather information on market trends and consumer preferences and share them .

  • Identify tender opportunities and prepare proposals accordingly.

  • Ensure regular communication with Head Office regarding local market developments.

  • Organize meetings and events to promote MMS products.

  • Track key performance metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • At least five years of relevant work experience.

  • Demonstrated success in sales management with proven track record of meeting targets and success stories.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Fluent English language skills essential. Arabic would be advantageous.

  • Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Experience working in a medical device industry preferred.
