We are now looking for our Pharmaceutical Systems (PS)Manufacturing Integrator located either in Grenoble area, France, or close to Környe, Hungary where we have 2 of our biggest production sites!
With innovative pre-fillable syringes, self-injection systems, safety systems and needle technologies, the Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) team offer an extensive selection of solutions designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies. Billions of products are manufactured by our 8 global factories each year. The global headquarters of this entity is located in Le Pont de Claix, near Grenoble, on a site that also houses a production facility among the 8 global production sites (France, UK, Spain, Singapore, Japan, US, Mexico, Hungary).

This position represents a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, highly motivated, and positive individual to become a proactive member of BD’s global Operational Excellence (OPEX) community.
Reporting directly to the Director of the Business Unit Operational Excellence, the Manufacturing Integrator will be passionate about connecting and supporting plants across the words to achieve their performance through coordination projects, sharing of standard processes and creating the right standardization for KPIs and steering process. Making sure that our KPIs matrix is maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the factories and guide them to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) given top down by the business and bottom up and governance process across all functions and sites.

Ensure alignment of action plans with strategic goals.

Challenge existing paradigms, encourage, and promote internal and external benchmarking.

Focusing on optimizing quality, delivery, and cost.

Develop a right steering and harmonization way through the different plants on reporting to different stakeholders.

Preparing the weekly, monthly summary of PS performance in Operational Performance.

Participating to the monthly steering committee with the plants and helping centralization of actions plans, follow and execution across the globe.

Supporting the plants for the preparation of Kaizen events, aligning saving, KPIs, teams and validation the projects.

Representing PS in the global forum of the KPIs steering.

Following up projects execution related to the performance operational.

About you:

Experienced senior manager with a profound grasp of industrial operations, including significant tenure within manufacturing units.

 Demonstrated leadership as a director in production or engineering departments.

Proven track record in manufacturing integration and supply chain coordination

Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry's experience in an international scope will be ideal.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal prowess.

Proficient problem-solving abilities coupled with analytical acumen.

Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies and tools.

Hands-on experience with ERP and MES systems.

Continuous improvement focus

Fluent in English.
