This position requires an individual with the ability to perform multiple tasks within the shipping
and receiving function, including shipping and receiving of all materials. This position also
requires customer order processing and inventory management for in process and finished goods.

Responsibilities:

• Physically unload and perform visual inspection of inbound/outbound freight.

• Receive raw materials.

• Assign lot numbers to incoming materials and submit it to QC for incoming inspection

• Perform data entry for all materials in ERP (JDE) system

• Prepare and affix appropriate documentation to cartons and packages.

• Manipulate computer terminal to generate shipping labels, File import documents and

• distribute copies to appropriate personnel

• Generate commercial invoice for international shipments

• Maintain inventory of supplies and finished good

• Enter the orders in to JDE, generate order confirmation and send it to customers.

• Create packing slips and ship orders.

• Send shipment notifications and tracking info to customers.

• Domestic shipping

• Package & label finished good

• Special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a shipping receiving and material handling function,

• preferably in the medical device industry or equivalent.

• Knowledge and familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 (current versions).

• Well organized with good recordkeeping skills.

• Ability to work well with others and to communicate effectively

• Excellent communication skills

• Have general knowledge of working with inventory management systems.

• Have demonstrated a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Procedures, strong documentation skills and good warehouse organization skills.

• Able to use basic material handling equipment and be willing to take on additional training and responsibility.

• Strong initiative and a demonstrated ability to work independently in an organized manner.

• Have sense of urgency and ability to prioritize task based on due dates.

• Demonstrated ability to follow directions, stay on schedule, adhere to standards, and pay attention to details
