About the role
The Change Control Coordinator (Change Analyst) is a key driver in ensuring seamless design modifications for WWIPD, playing a vital role in maintaining quality and compliance with corporate and global regulations. This position requires exceptional multitasking skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Acting as the backbone of the change process, the coordinator leads design changes from concept to execution, maintaining meticulous change records, overseeing all phases to ensure timely and high-quality completion, and assessing potential impacts while implementing mitigation strategies. With a deep understanding of product development, introduction, realization, and release processes, this role fosters collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Production, and Quality teams to uphold excellence in deliverables.
The Ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (engineering preferred) or at least three years of experience in quality engineering or system processes. A strong grasp of industry regulations such as ISO 13485, QSR, and MDR is essential to ensure compliance and effectiveness in change management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic, high-quality-driven environment while refining processes that shape innovative product development.
Main responsibilities will include:
Support and Drive Design Changes: Lead the change process from concept to execution.
Change Records Management: Create and maintain change records in the change management system.
Oversee Change Phases: Ensure all phases of the change process are completed with high quality and within the designated timelines
Impact Assessment and Mitigation: Identify residual impacts following a change and propose mitigation activities.
Product Development Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of product development, introduction, realization, and release processes.
Effective Communication: Communicate requirements effectively to all relevant interfaces (Engineering, R&D, Production, QE, etc.) and provide guidance on the expected quality of deliverables
About you
Educational Background: A relevant degree (engineering degree preferred) or a minimum of 3 years of quality engineering/system experience.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 13485, QSR and MDR
